Servers, GPUs, storage, cameras, devices, licenses, hosting, installation, ongoing operation, travel, and pass-through expenses are not silently included in professional-services pricing. They are documented and approved when required.

When one meaningful segment and suitable existing evidence fit, a $5,000 upfront Proof-of-Value may be appropriate. It is not a production AI system or server purchase. STOP retains the agreed pilot deliverables. GO credits the full $5,000 toward the anticipated $15,000 Core professional-services amount, leaving an anticipated $10,000 professional-services balance under a separate signed scope. Infrastructure and pass-through costs remain separate. Analysis is anonymous; facial recognition is not proposed.

Do you sell one standard AI package?

No. We begin with the operating workflow and define the smallest responsible custom build that can create useful, testable value.

Can you quote the complete system before discovery?

No. The people, data, systems, integrations, deployment, security, support, infrastructure, and acceptance criteria determine the scope and price.

Does AI make operating decisions automatically?

Not by default. The approved design identifies what the system may recommend or prepare and which actions require human review and approval.

Is Guest Flow Intelligence still available?

Yes, when it is the right first problem and the existing evidence is suitable. It remains a limited Proof-of-Value with its own written scope and commercial boundaries.
